Our reports are of the highest quality with excellent detail and we only use the best cleaning companies.

Having a local manager enables us to respond very quickly to your needs whilst giving you a single point of contact who you can reach at any time. This allows you to relax, safe in the knowledge that your tenancy change over is proceeding smoothly.

Landlords

I'm a private landlord, can I use your services?

Yes, you can use our services and will be able to take advantage of any special price offers we have. The only condition is that you will have to pay for our service prior to your Inspections being carried out..

Reports

What reports do you compile?

We cover all reports for the tenancy change over process including Right to Rent and Legionella Risk Assessments. We also cover Mid Term inspections.

Reports

What software do you use for your reports?

We produce Inventory reports using the Inventory Hive software product. Our Legionella Risk Assessments and Cleaning Reports are unique to us and run on the TouchRight platform. We store all reports on your behalf and you can access them at any time to view or download them. Many of our reports have been designed by us in house and are not generally available to other users.

Our reports include written descriptions of your property with photographs for all rooms plus photographic evidence of any issues found in the premises. All pictures and reports are time and date coded for legal use.

How long do you store the reports for?

Reports are permanently stored until such time as the property is no longer used as a rental. All reports for a particular property are stored together and previous reports are used to help future inspections.

Reports

Do you do any Trial Reports?

No, but we do offer Introductory Discounts.

Book 3 inspections during 30 days and you will receive a credit for 7.5% of order value on completion of bookings.

Book 6 inspections during 30 days and you will receive a credit for 10% of order value on completion of bookings.

Credits can be used for future bookings or against bookings already completed.

Prices

Do you have a price list?

Yes, we have price lists. Please follow link to fill in response form. We will email the relevant price list directly to you.

Discounts

Do you have any discount prices?

You will receive a 10% discount on our complete 'Check Out - Inventory Package' providing the Invoice is settled within 14 days of completion.

Bookings

How do I book an Inventory?

Bookings are made through our bookings portal on our website. If you are not one of our customers already there is a simple form to fill in through our bookings system to provide your details. You will then be able to make a booking straight away.

You will need to provide the property address, whether furnished or unfurnished, the number of reception rooms, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, whether there are extra utility or reception rooms and tell us if the property has a garage.

If the property is a flat, please let us have the plot number if possible to help us to identify the correct meters.

We will need to know where to collect the keys from and the date you wish the Inventory done by.

If you need an Inventory completed soon you can contact us using the response form and we will handle setting up the account for you.

Bookings

How do I book Cleaning?

Bookings are made through our bookings portal on our website. If you are not one of our customers already there is a simple form to fill in through our bookings system to provide your details. You will then be able to make a booking straight away.

Making the booking will enable us to generate a quote for your cleaning. We will find the cheapest price from our many contractors. There is no obligation to accept the quote or to proceed with the booking.

You will need to provide the property address, whether furnished or unfurnished, the number of reception rooms, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, whether there are extra utility or reception rooms and tell us if the property has a garage.

We will need to know how many rooms are carpeted and how many ovens there are at the property. Are there Venetian blinds or any special cleaning requirements.

If you require steam cleaning for mattresses or furniture we will need to know what size mattress or settee and the quantity of each item. Steam cleaning is charged extra.

All of our quotes are for a full End of Tenancy clean and will include carpet cleaning, oven cleaning and all white goods. If you do not require a full EOT clean we will still get a quote for your cleaning requirements.

Cleaning contractors make your house look as good as new.

A full End of Tenancy Clean will include ovens and all white goods plus carpets

Cleaners

Are you a cleaning company?

No. We use contract cleaners who have been vetted by ourselves and proven to give a quality service.

All of our contractors offer a guaranteed clean and will re-visit if there are any issues.
