Check Out & Final Condition Report

Check-Out Reports detail any changes that may have occurred during the tenancy. The aim is to make sure that the end of tenancy runs as smoothly as possible for all parties. You will receive an impartial and accurate report that contains a detailed and comprehensive breakdown providing a clear comparison to the original Inventory Report. Any differences are highlighted - allowing you to fairly apportion the deposit.

All items are checked and re-photographed and any damaged or missing items are listed as well as the condition and cleanliness of items. The Check-Out Report helps you see clearly whether any maintenance, cleaning or redecoration is required prior to the next tenancy. Utility meter readings and details of keys and key fobs that are handed back are noted and compared to those during the Check-In process.

Change of Tenancy Cleaning

Using our dedicated teams of local cleaners, we carry out a comprehensive clean of the property, ensuring every part of the process is completed to a high standard. Our End of Tenancy Clean includes white goods and a single oven with hob, plus extractor fans and any carpet cleaning that is necessary.

Our service always includes a Final Inspection Report which is carried out by a fully trained Inventory Clerk, ensuring that the cleaning is completed correctly first time, every time.

Inventory & Check In

Our highly trained Inventory Clerks carry out a comprehensive inventory of the property using industry leading software, with all pictures uploaded to ensure an accurate audit trail of evidence.

If required, we can then check the new tenant in, handing over the keys and obtaining a signature on the Inventory Report there and then. A Right to Rent Report can be obtained at the same time should you request it.

Interim Condition Report

Should you wish to make further use of our services, we can provide Mid Term Inspections on your behalf utilising the details on our Inventory Report to provide a basis for the inspection, allowing us to ensure your property is being kept in the same condition as when your tenant moved in.
