Paintwork is damp wiped, hard floors are cleaned, interior windows and sills are cleaned and polished.
All light fittings will be dusted and cobwebs removed from ceilings.
White goods and ovens are cleaned as are all extractor fans plus microwaves if present. All worked tops and tiles are degreased.
Bathrooms are meticulously cleaned ensuring limescale is removed and all fittings and glass screens are free from smears.
Toilets are given special attention to remove marks and stains.
Our contractors will disinfect against Covid-19 ensuring your new tenants will be safe when they move in.
