Our Check Outs are carried out by our own in-house trained Inventory Clerks using the latest software to capture images as well as text descriptions. Wherever possible, we will also illustrate your report with before and after images. Reports are delivered promptly by email and we store completed reports on your behalf. You can view and download these reports at will.

Our Clerks will give an accurate report on the changes in condition and cleanliness during the tenancy. They will also report on any maintenance or safety issues in the property.

All lights, blinds, keys, locks and toilet flushes are tested, meters are read and smoke and CO alarms are tested for audible signal.
